Emma Asserlind serves as the People Enablement Director at Trustly since September 2024, leading the People Enablement team within the People & Culture function with a focus on empowering leaders and enhancing employee experience. Prior to this, Emma worked at Klarna in various capacities from June 2020 to September 2024, including Senior Manager of People Operations & Rewards and Business Operations Manager, where strategic people planning and operational excellence for a large workforce were key responsibilities. Emma's experience also includes roles such as Global Contingent Workforce Manager and Senior Org. Development Specialist at Klarna and Client Operational Developer at Ework Group. Emma's career began with positions in operational roles, including internships at Handelsbanken and Volvo Trucks, after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from LIU Post.
