Aneta Ilkiewicz-Krawczyk

Aneta Ilkiewicz-Krawczyk has been working in the Human Resources field since 1996. Aneta began their career as a Senior HR Specialist at Elcoteq, where they worked until 2005. Aneta then moved on to Macopharma, where they served as an HR Manager. In 2007, they became the HR & NM Strategies Manager at Alma Polska Wrocław sp. z o.o. and held that role until 2009. Aneta then moved to VELUX, where they worked as an HR Manager until 2013. Aneta then worked as an HR Director at Axtone Sp. z o.o. from 2013 until 2015. In 2018, they became an Associate Founder at TrustMate.

Aneta Ilkiewicz-Krawczyk obtained an ICC coach degree from Coach ICC in 2013. Aneta is currently studying Anglistyka at Wyższa Szkoła Filologiczna we Wrocławiu. Aneta has also obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Profilaktyka Zdrowotna from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego we Wrocławiu. Additionally, they have taken courses in Management from Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu and HR management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Aneta also holds an ICC certification obtained in March 2012.
