Kiran Vangaru has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, Kiran worked as a Technical Consultant at Capgemini, where they analyzed customer objects and resolved errors and warnings. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Senior Consultant/Product Manager at SAP Labs Bangalore, defining product requirements and overseeing the development process. In 2011, Kiran joined WINSHUTTLE SOFTWARE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED as a Solution Delivery Lead, responsible for strategic consulting and implementation of Winshuttle products. They then transitioned to Winshuttle UK Ltd in 2016 as a Customer Support Manager - EMEA, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction. In 2021, Kiran became a Manager, Technical Engineering Support at Hyperscience, supporting automation technology. Currently, Kiran is the Head of Customer Support at Trustonic, building the support function from scratch and improving service quality through data analysis.
Kiran Vangaru pursued a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University, starting in 2000 and completing it in 2004. Subsequently, Kiran continued their education by attending SCIT - Symbiosis Centre For Information Technology from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems, General.
