Sara Wahlman has extensive experience in finance and business control. Sara is currently the Head of Finance at TrusTrace since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Åhléns AB as the Head of Business Control from August 2018 to April 2022. Sara also served as a Senior Business Controller, Group FP&A at Electrolux from September 2017 to August 2018.
Before their time at Electrolux, they held various roles at Klarna, including Manager Financial Modeling, FP&A from September 2015 to September 2017, Manager Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2015 to September 2015, and Senior Business Controller Forecasting from August 2012 to January 2015.
Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Business Controller at Pfizer from May 2011 to July 2012, where they were responsible for revenue and expense analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial tool management. Sara also held a Business Controller position at Alstom Power from June 2008 to April 2011, where they consolidated and analyzed global financial data and prepared management business review presentations.
Sara began their career at Åhléns AB as a Stock Controller from May 2002 to September 2003. Sara later worked as a Planner from March 2005 to May 2007, handling sales planning, analysis, and reporting. Sara also served as an Assistant Merchandiser at Arcadia Group Ltd for a short period in 2005 and as a Planning and Distribution Analyst at POLO RALPH LAUREN LTD from January 2004 to November 2004.
Sara Wahlman began their education at Tibble Gymnasium, where they pursued a high school degree in the Business Administration program from 1993 to 1996. In 1997, they enrolled at the University of Linköping and completed the International Master of Business Administration program with a specialization in Logistics/Purchasing and Finance in 2002. During their time at the University of Linköping, Sara also had the opportunity to study abroad as an ERASMUS exchange student at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 1999-2000, where they focused on Economics, Marketing, and Logistics. In the same year, they participated in a language course at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III to further their understanding of French. In 2002, after their graduation from the University of Linköping, they undertook a language course at Stockholm University to enhance their knowledge of the German language.
