Diana Bushard

Diana Bushard is the current General Counsel at TrustToken. Prior to their current position, they served as Sr. Director, Corporate & Finance Counsel at Brightstar Corp., Vice President, Sr. Counsel - Business Development Group (M&A) and Corporate Finance Team at CA Technologies, and Counsel - Corporate and Financial Services at Axiom Legal. Diana is a founding partner of Second Counsel Services and has also served as Chief Legal Officer at Pensam Management.

Ms. Bushard has extensive experience in corporate transactions, financial services, and compliance. Diana has assisted with the development of pro forma commercial agreements, compliance programs, benefits programs, and human resources oversight for FinTech company Bloom Protocol. Ms. Bushard has also represented holding company 777 Partners in negotiations with target companies and the negotiation of licensing agreements and other transactional documents related to subsidiary products. In addition, they have provided counsel to early-stage crowdfunding portal Fundopolis LLC and outdoor adventure equipment manufacturer and mobile application developer FoldEm Gear on matters such as product development and licensing, content licensing, consulting agreements, patent counsel oversight, M&A, and corporate governance oversight.

Diana Bushard received a certificate in finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Diana then attended the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus in business and international law. Lastly, Diana Bushard obtained their B.A. in organizational studies from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in rhetoric.
