Emily Bissett

Emily Bissett is a Business Development Representative at Trustwave since March 2019, bringing a strong background in technology and customer service. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Bayer as a Windows 10 Rollout Technician and within the Service Desk, where responsibilities included user support and project work, completing a Level 4 apprenticeship. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Analyst at Bluekong Networks, managing engineering jobs and customer relationships, and as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Holiday Inn, gaining customer service experience in high-pressure environments. Emily is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology at The Open University, with previous qualifications in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, as well as Information Technology through QA Apprenticeships.
