Katherine Crowell

Katherine Crowell is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in graphic and product design, brand management, and education. Currently serving as Head of Design and Design Director at Trustworthy since November 2020, Katherine previously led a team of designers as Brand Design Manager at Justworks. At NGP VAN, Katherine held multiple roles including Marketing Communications Designer and Product Designer, focusing on visual identity and user experience. Additionally, Katherine has contributed to various organizations such as AIGA Design and the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center. With a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature from Kenyon College and a Graphic Design Certificate from the Kansas City Art Institute, Katherine has built a robust career in design, complemented by earlier teaching experience with Teach For America.
