Adrienne Neal has a diverse work experience, starting as a Staffing Assistant at AMDEX Corporation in 1999 and later becoming a Human Resources Specialist at The Arc of Prince George's County in 2001. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Hogan & Hartson L.L.P as an Administrative Assistant to the Legal Assistant Manager. In 2003, they also joined CORESTAFF Services as a Staffing Consultant and later became a Branch Manager.

From 2005 to 2011, Neal worked at VSA Washington, DC as a Director of Human Resources and Administration, managing HR activities for a non-profit arts education organization. In 2013, they joined DC SHRM as the Vice President of Communications in a volunteer role.

Since 2011, they have been affiliated with Truth Initiative, initially as a Director of Human Resources and later as the Managing Director of Human Resources and Administration. Overall, Neal has gained extensive experience in various HR roles throughout their career.

Adrienne Neal, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Adrienne obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.

Prior to that, Adrienne earned a Bachelor of Music (BM) in Voice Performance from the University of the District of Columbia, studying from 1996 to 1998. Adrienne also pursued Music-Voice Performance at The Catholic University of America from 1993 to 1994 and Voice Performance/Arts Management at Drexel University from 1991 to 1993.

Adrienne's educational journey began at Benjamin Banneker High School, although specific dates and degrees achieved during this time are not provided.

Additionally, Adrienne has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Adrienne received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In July 2019, they obtained a certificate in How to Implement a Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Program from Learn@Forbes.
