Heidi Schmidt has over 20 years of experience in various roles in client services, project management, and business consulting. Heidi'sroles range from Senior Account Manager at Nielsen and Account Manager at AOL to Director of Client Services and Director of EMEA Expansion at Integral Ad Science. In their last role, they were the Vice President of Client Services at Hybrid Theory, which was acquired by Azerion, and is currently the Head of Customer Success at Truthset. Overall, they have managed multi-million-dollar ad campaigns for pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods clients, trained and onboarded new employees and clients, implemented process improvements, and successfully met contract goals.

Heidi Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida. In April 2019, they completed a High Speed Project Management course from MICE Training & Technology / Ed2Go. In May 2020, they were certified for Edge Academy Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk. In June 2020, they completed a Data-Driven Planning Course from The Trade Desk. In August 2020, they completed an Excel Crash Course - Spreadsheet Formulas for Finance from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). In April 2023, they obtained additional certifications for Audio Channel, Connected TV Channel, In-Game Channel, Native Channel, and Advanced Programmatic courses from StackAdapt.
