Maren Ackermann

Maren Ackermann currently serves as Group HR Director at Trützschler Group, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Maren was the Head of People & Culture at C&A from October 2022 to April 2023.

Maren's extensive HR experience includes significant positions such as Head of HR for OBI Hungary and various HR managerial roles within OBI Group Holding from February 2016 to October 2022. Earlier career experiences include a working student role in HR Development at Wincor Nixdorf and an internship in International HR Management at MAN Truck & Bus AG. Maren's HR journey began with an internship at Colombiana de Hilados Ltd, focusing on recruitment and HR processes.

Maren holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies from Paderborn University and a Bachelor of Arts in a bilingual business program from FH Münster, along with a Licenciatura en Administración de Negocios Internacionales from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
