Ali Lashgari

Ali Lashgari is a seasoned professional in computer vision and risk management with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Truvian since November 2020, Ali previously held positions such as Image and Signal Processing Manager at Photometrics, Postdoctoral Fellow at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and the California Institute of Technology. Educational accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Zurich and advanced degrees in Pure Mathematics from Isfahan University of Technology. Ali has also demonstrated expertise in credit risk management during tenures at SwissLife Insurance Company and Credit Suisse, where significant contributions included developing credit risk models and optimizing loan portfolios.
