Eddie Witten

Eddie Witten is the Onboarding Manager at TruVideo. Eddie has held various positions in the customer service and sales industries for over 15 years.

Eddie started their career in 2003 as a Car Sales Specialist at Boch Honda. Eddie then moved on to The Bohemian Hall Beer Garden in 2007, where they became the Bar Manager. In 2011, they began working as a Server at The Capital Grille. Eddie joined Trillium Brewing Company in 2016 as their Customer Relations and Sales Specialist. Eddie remained with the company for four years before joining TruVideo in 2020.

Throughout their career, Eddie has demonstrated their ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers. Eddie is a skilled multitasker who excels in fast-paced and high-stress environments. Eddie is also an experienced manager, having supervised and trained staff members at various establishments. Eddie has a proven track record of increasing sales and improving performance through employee incentive programs.

Eddie Witten has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

They work with Michael Hand - Product Manager, Shannon Caulfield - Director of Strategic Business Development, and Warner Jones - SVP, Customer Success. Their manager is Joe Shaker, CEO & Founder.
