Roger Kurtz

Roger Kurtz is the current VP & Controller at TruVista Communications, Inc. Roger has over fifteen years of experience in various accounting and finance roles.

Roger started their career as a financial analyst at Ingersoll Rand in 2004. Roger was promoted to financial accountant in 2005 and then to senior financial analyst in 2015. Ingersoll Rand is a diversified industrial company that provides products and services to customers in the transportation, food and beverage, power generation, construction, and other industries.

In 2016, Roger left Ingersoll Rand to become the controller at Healthstat, Inc. Healthstat is a leading provider of on-site primary care, wellness, and chronic care management services delivered by a network of over 1,000 physicians and clinicians across the United States. Roger served as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis from 2017 until 2019 when they left the company.

Most recently, Roger was the Senior Accounting Manager at CompuCom from August 2018 until December 2019 when they joined TruVista Communications, Inc. In their current role as VP & Controller, Roger is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions.

After completing their undergraduate degree in accounting from The Ohio State University, Roger Kurtz obtained their MBA in accounting and finance from East Carolina University. Roger is a certified public accountant and has also received certification from the AICPA in COSO Internal Control and from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in Certified Fraud Examiner.
