Bert O'Neal Jr.

Bert O'Neal Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Operations and Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Roark Capital since August 2020, Bert previously held multiple leadership roles at Vulcan Materials Company from July 2015 to August 2020, including Vice President of Logistics and Commercial Excellence. Bert's earlier career includes a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2015 as a Management Consultant, as well as roles in collegiate football coaching at Washington and Lee University and Auburn University. Bert holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Operations from The Wharton School, a Post Graduate degree in Management from Melbourne Business School, and a degree from Washington and Lee University.
