RJ Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Starting with their most recent role at TrxNow, RJ served as the Executive Director of Business Intelligence. In this position, they led the discovery of generating business value from data, created dashboards and reports, and translated analytics into narrative insights and stories. They collaborated with senior stakeholders to define key business questions, prioritize work, and maintain relevant business intelligence outputs.

Additionally, RJ served as the Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Allied Dispatch Solutions, where they successfully operated customer contacts and managed resources. They provided feedback on site operations and monitored company and client performance.

Earlier in their career, RJ worked as a Senior Shift Manager, Shift Manager, and Team Lead at Allied Dispatch Solutions. In these roles, they managed call center operations, led and coached teams, and negotiated rates with service providers. They also explored opportunities to add value to their job accomplishments.

RJ Jennings began their education in 2005 at Volunteer High School, where they completed their high school studies. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Valley Forge Military Academy & College, obtaining an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The Citadel between 2011 and 2013.
