Pavel Kruglov

Pavel Kruglov is an experienced professional in customer experience technology, currently serving as the Director and Head of CX Technology at Tryg since May 2012, with prior roles as Senior Analyst, Analyst, and HR Coordinator within the same company. Before joining Tryg, Pavel worked as an External Consultant and IT Responsible at OOO Merkurij from December 2009 to February 2013. Early career experience includes a position as a Warehouse Worker at Norwegian Talc from June 2006 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Programme in Media Studies from the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2006 to 2009 and an International Baccalaureate from Bergen Katedralskole from 2004 to 2006.
