Ben Battles

Ben Battles is a manager at Mystery. Ben was previously with Convoy Inc, where they were a founding member of the Fleet Management Team. Ben developed the team proposal, all aspects of team hiring and onboarding, headcount planning, KPI’s, and led team transition from Supply Org to Product Org. Ben grew and directly managed team to 10 individuals. Led team through 20x program growth, the largest growth period in Convoy’s history. Created processes and programs to increase asset utilization, reduce costs, and minimize risk through improved security processes. Primary operational partner for Product & Engineering team and helped develop many core product features. Created, trained, and managed outsourced operational support team of 10 individuals in Central America. Owned safety and compliance of fleet by partnering with legal and claims teams. Conducted nationwide facility and customer visits, and attended industry conferences.

Ben Battles completed their Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Finance at Seattle Pacific University. Ben then went on to study German Language and Literature at Heidelberg University.

They work with Bobby Wood - Unknown role, Jackie Wagner - drink milk, lift weights, and Mike Dickey - Fractional CFO. Their manager is Brennan Keough, COO.
