Jee Hye Kang

Jee Hye Kang is the Event Operations Manager at Mystery. Jee has previously worked as an Executive Team Lead at Target, a Manager at Seaplane Kitchen & Bar, and a Manager at Liberty West.

Jee Hye is passionate about creating the ultimate guest experience, from the moment they walk into a store to when they arrive back home after their Target Run. Jee designs and implements sustainable training programs, coaches and develops team members via feedback mechanisms, and creates a culture of empowered guest advocates through continuous education and course correcting and coaching conversations.

Jee Hye also actively brings in new talent and manages staffing changes. Jee partners with leadership to optimize processes with a focus on enhancing guest experience and retention. In addition, they spearhead COVID-19 response by implementing safety measures for team members and guests.

Jee Hye Kang holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and a Data Engineering Certificate from the University of Chicago. Jee also has a certification from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers.
