Anthony Johnson has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Anthony began their career in 1998 as a Senior IT Specialist for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, where they managed land management information systems and various application upgrade projects. In 2011, they began working for Cisco Systems as a Pricing Operations Analyst, where they provided database management updates and implemented business rules to govern worldwide sales. That same year, they also began working for RedPrairie as a Support Specialist II, providing supply chain computer-based technical support and system/database administration support. In 2012, they joined JDA Software as a Technical Analyst, where they used customer service, communication, and problem solving skills to solve inquiries from JDA customers. In 2014, they began working for E2open as a Software Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Tryon Solutions as a Customer Care Analyst.

Anthony Johnson has a long and varied educational history. Anthony began their studies in 1998, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Park University in 2002. Anthony then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix - Kansas City Campus in 2005, followed by a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies in 2014. In 2016, they completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. Most recently, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS from Wake Technical Community College in 2021. Anthony also has a number of certifications from LinkedIn, Blue Yonder, and Semrush, obtained between 2020 and 2022.
