Lisa B.

Lisa B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa began their career in 1995 as an Avionics Technician for the United States Marine Corps, where they maintained and repaired systems on CH53E helicopters and supervised a team of 30+. After leaving the Marines in 2002, they worked as a Technical Writer for LSI Inc. and L-3 Communications, where they transformed technical information into user-friendly training materials for the USMC Schoolhouse. In 2012, they joined L3 Technologies as an Authorware Programmer and Quality Assurance Representative, creating interactive computer training and ensuring technical accuracy. Lisa then worked at Carley Corporation as a Learning Management System Administrator/Graphics Specialist and at L3 Technologies as a Senior Program Quality Assurance Engineer and Sr. Technical Writer/Lead Writer/Training. Most recently, Lisa has been a Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at L3Harris Technologies and Tryon Solutions, respectively. Throughout their career, Lisa has consistently delivered high-quality work and demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills.

Lisa B. began their education by obtaining an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from San Diego Mesa College between 2004 and 2006. Lisa then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UNC Pembroke from 2008 to 2010. After gaining their undergraduate degree, Lisa went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Columbia Southern University from 2014 to 2016.
