Customer Experience Manager at Sparrow

Katie Hein has been in the workforce since 2005. Her first role was as a Marketing Assistant with York Enterprise Solutions. In 2007, they moved to Primary Insights, Inc. as an Associate Moderator/Consultant. In 2009, they joined Advantage Team Sales Group, Inc. as Director Web Services and Director Customer Service. In 2021, they joined Sparrow as Technical Team Lead - Customer Experience and Customer Operations | Leave Specialist.

Katie Hein began their educational journey at LTHS from 1996 to 2000. Katie then attended the University of Iowa from 2000 to 2003, where they studied English, Journalism/Mass Communications, and Art Theirtory. In 2003, they transferred to Lewis University and obtained a B.A. in English/Creative Writing in 2004. In 2005, they continued their studies at the University of Illinois Chicago and obtained an M.A. in English/Creative Writing in 2007.
