Lynn Mustafa

Lynn Mustafa has a range of work experience in various companies and roles. Lynn recently joined Sparrow in 2022, where they currently serve as the Leave Administrator Team Lead. Prior to this, they worked as a Leave Administrator at the same company. Before joining Sparrow, Lynn worked at Adventist Health as a Monitor Technician and Health Unit Clerk from 2019 to 2022. Lynn also worked as a Patient Registration Representative at Bakersfield Family Medical Center from 2018 to 2019. Lynn's previous experience includes working as a Telecommunications Operator at Adventist Health from 2017 to 2018 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rain For Rent from 2014 to 2016.

Lynn Mustafa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Lynn attended Bakersfield College from 2014 to 2019, where they studied Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Lynn is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, earned in 2019.
