Minette McGeehon

Minette McGeehon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Minette currently holds the position of Customer Experience Manager, Payroll Operations at Sparrow, where they oversee the end-to-end employee leave management solution for companies in the US and Canada. Minette'srole involves utilizing industry-leading technology and managing a team of leave specialists to automate leave-related processes, reduce compliance risks, enhance employee experiences, and optimize operations.

Prior to Sparrow, Minette worked at Gusto as the Director of CX Operations from October 2019 to May 2023. In this role, they played a crucial part in managing customer experience operations.

Before that, Minette was the Manager of Managed Services at Wurk from March 2019 to July 2019, responsible for overseeing various managed services in the company.

From July 2013 to March 2019, Minette served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Colorado PERA, where they played a significant role in HR operations.

Minette has also worked at Kohl's as a Human Resources and Operations Manager from February 2006 to July 2013. In this role, they managed human resources and operations, ensuring the achievement of action plans and profitability while delivering excellent customer service. Minette made valuable contributions, such as leading a store remodel project and co-captaining a district-wide team for workload efficiencies and operational excellence.

Minette began their career at Mervyn's Department Store, starting as an Intern and later progressing to Assistant Manager and Interim Store Manager positions.

In addition to their academic qualifications, McGeehon has obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014. Minette is also pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
