Jalynne Schmaling

JaLynne Schmaling is an experienced leader in change management within the banking sector, currently serving as Director of Change Management at TS Banking Group since June 2015. In this role, JaLynne leads a team of Business Analysts and Application Developers, participates in the Senior Leadership Management Team, and has developed a framework for Capability Mapping that has enhanced impact analysis and departmental functionality. With extensive project management expertise, JaLynne has successfully guided over 20 projects through digital transformations. Previous experience includes positions at Farmer Mac as a Loan Underwriter and Credit Project Coordinator, where JaLynne contributed to customer service and training, and managed various underwriting initiatives. JaLynne holds a degree in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University.
