Jacqueline Lopez is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Branch Manager II at First Financial Credit Union since February 2022, Jacqueline previously held the position of Branch Manager at OneWest Bank from March 2016 to February 2022 and worked as a Licensed Personal Banker at JPMorgan Chase Bank from September 2004 to March 2016. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between September 2020 and June 2022, as well as a High School Diploma from Benjamin Franklin High School earned in 2002. Additional education includes studies at UCLA from 2002 to 2006.
