Molly Auva’a-O’Brien

Molly is an experienced senior executive with over 16 years in consumer finance working in a variety of roles at GE Capital and Latitude Financial Services, most recently as GM of its New Zealand business, with offshore services in India and Philippines.

She has broad experience with a range of retail and consumer financial products and is passionate about aligning people, processes and governance, and utilising digitisation, automation and smarter human design across customer channels to simplify customer delivery and enhance experience. 

At TSB Molly is responsible for improving the processes and operational effectiveness to deliver better customer outcomes and uplift TSB’s productivity and performance to ensure future success for the bank and the communities. 

Molly is a second-generation Samoan who is passionate about service ('tautua') back to community, including as a Board member for a non-profit organisation that teaches life skills and financial literacy for the Pasifika community. She is proud to work for TSB because the Banks purpose aligns closely with her personal values.
