Aidar Ibrayev

Aidar Ibrayev is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and banking supervision. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at TSB Bank since May 2023, Aidar specializes in running IFRS9 and capital models for secured portfolios. Prior to this role, Aidar worked at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market, where responsibilities included auditing IFRS9 models and evaluating credit risks for major banks, as well as leading the reporting and analysis division focused on capital adequacy and liquidity. Aidar began the career at the National Bank of Kazakhstan, overseeing regulatory compliance and risk analysis. Aidar holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Edinburgh Business School and has a significant background in banking regulations and financial performance evaluation.
