Alison Jack

Alison Jack is an experienced professional in the hospitality and services industry, currently serving as Deputy Manager in Mortgage Servicing at TSB Bank since July 2020, previously holding the position of Mortgage Servicing Consultant. Prior to TSB Bank, Alison worked at LJR Consultancy as a Travel Marketing Executive and Account Manager, promoting luxury hotels in Asia and Morocco. Alison's background also includes roles at eServus Online Concierge Services as a Corporate Concierge, managing tenant relationships and conference services, and at Quality in Tourism as a Customer Service Executive, where responsibilities included sales management and event hosting.
