Brett Hadden

Brett Hadden has over 20 years of experience in the field of network infrastructure and technology. Brett started their career at Dimension Data as a Network Support and Implementation Engineer from 2000 to 2004. Brett then worked at FFastFill as a Snr Networking Engineer for a short period before joining Financial Dynamics as an AVP Senior Networking Engineer from 2006 to 2011.

In 2011, Brett joined Standard Bank Group as a Network, Security & Voice RTB&CTB Manager, where they provided management and leadership to the Network, Voice, Security, and Market Data infrastructure team. Brett remained in this role until 2019, during which they were responsible for resolving incidents, managing major outages, and overseeing network infrastructure for the CIB London office.

Following their role at Standard Bank, Brett worked at ICBC Standard Bank Plc as a Network, Security, Voice & Market Data Infrastructure RTB & CTB Manager from 2015 to 2019. Here, they managed and supported the international network infrastructure, serving as the internal technical escalation point across all international offices.

Most recently, Brett joined TSB Bank as the Head of Networks, Security & Communications (CIO) Infrastructure, Architecture, Operations in 2019. In this role, they provide leadership and management to a team of architects and SMEs, overseeing data center, cloud, and network & security infrastructure across multiple business streams. Brett is responsible for delivering new services and acts as a digital champion for TSB.

Brett Hadden began their education journey in 1999 at CTI, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology. After completing their studies in 2001, they obtained a certification in Information Technology from the Computer Technology Institute. In 2015, Brett earned the Cisco CCNP certification from Cisco. Furthermore, in October 2023, they obtained the Certified SAFe® Agilist certification from SAFe® Agilist | Leading Safe® (6.0) | SA.
