Jason Brandiger

Jason Brandiger has over 25 years of work experience in the field of information security. Jason is currently serving as the Senior Information Security Architect and Vice President at Prosperity Bank. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing information security systems and strategies.

Prior to joining Prosperity Bank, Jason worked at Texas Tech University, where they held various roles in IT Security and Risk Management. As the Managing Director, they developed and executed comprehensive organization-wide information security and GRC programs. Jason also served as the Senior Director, overseeing security and compliance modernization initiatives and the redesign of a large-scale legacy Industrial Control infrastructure.

Before their time at Texas Tech University, Jason worked as the Director of IT and Media at COTR Lubbock. Jason was responsible for managing the IT and media operations of the organization.

At the beginning of their career, Jason worked at NTS Communications as the Manager of Network Fault Management & ERP Services. In this role, they were in charge of managing network fault management and ERP services.

Jason Brandiger, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, MSBA, holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (M.S.B.A.) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, completing it from 1990 to 1996. Jason has also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in 2022, PCI Professional (PCIP) from PCI Security Standards Council in January 2022, Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in 2021, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2020.
