Darren Lindsay has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Customer Due Diligence Team Leader at TSB Bank since May 2017. In this role, Darren oversees the Customer Due Diligence and Quality Control functions within Business Banking. Prior to this leadership position, Darren worked as a Quality Checker and Operations Support Partner in the same division, as well as serving as a Customer Service Advisor. Before joining TSB Bank, Darren gained valuable experience at Costa Coffee from October 2013 to May 2017, progressing from Barista to Assistant Manager. Darren holds an HNC in Travel and Tourism from Edinburgh College, completed in 2015, and graduated from St. Davids RC High School in 2014.
