Jacqui Wilkinson has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Business Delivery Manager at TSB Bank since February 2003, Jacqui has held multiple roles within the organization, including Business Lending Product Manager, Customer and Partner Lead, Loans Product Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
