James MacGregor

James MacGregor has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial sector. James has held various roles in HR, starting from their time at Scottish Widows as a Contact Centre Operations employee from June 2004 to May 2007. James then moved on to Lloyds Banking Group, where they worked as an HR Operations employee from May 2007 to September 2009, and later as an HR Business Partner from October 2009 to August 2013. In 2013, James joined TSB Bank, initially as an HR Business Partner from September 2013 to January 2016. James then progressed to become the Head of HR Business Partner from February 2016 to April 2021, and subsequently took on the role of Head of HRBP and Employee Relations from April 2021 to June 2023. Following that, James briefly served as the Director of HR (Interim) from June 2023 to October 2023, before transitioning to their current position as the Head of Human Resources at TSB Bank from November 2023.

James MacGregor obtained a Certificate in Retail Conduct of Business from the Institute of Financial Services from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they pursued their education at the Chartered Institute of Insurers and earned an Associate of Chartered Institute of Insurers degree. The field of study for the latter qualification is not specified.
