Julian Adams

Julian Adams is an accomplished professional in property risk management, currently serving as the Head of Property Risk, Underwriting & Credit Bureau at TSB Bank since February 2018. In this role, Julian oversees property and valuation risk management, encompassing climate change risk metrics and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while also managing underwriting decisioning teams. Previous positions at TSB Bank included leading mortgage fraud prevention efforts and managing strategy, policy, and processes for secured lending. Prior to TSB Bank, Julian held significant roles at British Telecommunications plc, Santander Consumer (UK) plc, Abbey National Bank PLC, and Stimpsons Chartered Surveyors, with a focus on valuation, risk management, and operational leadership. Julian holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from De Montfort University.
