Louis O'Donnell

Louis O'Donnell is an experienced technology leader in the banking industry, currently serving as the Head of Payments Value Stream Technology at TSB Bank since November 2023. Prior to this role, Louis held various positions at NatWest Group as ISO Technical Readiness Lead and at RBS, including Head of Payments Engineering and Environments. Louis has extensive experience in domestic payments, having led engineering and IT programs for major payment systems at Lloyds Banking Group and RBS. Notable achievements include driving the successful implementation of Faster Payments and leading SEPA initiatives. Louis holds a B.Sc. in Computing from Edinburgh Napier University.
