Phil Swarbrick

Phil Swarbrick has worked in various roles in the banking and financial industry. Phil started their career in 2009 as a Business Process Analyst at Capita Life and Pensions. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at OpenGI in 2010 and then joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2011, where they served as a Business Analyst. In 2012, they joined TSB and worked as a Telephony Change Manager until 2015. At TSB Bank, they held multiple roles including Change and Planning Manager in 2015 and Lead Business Analyst. Phil then returned to TSB in 2022 as a Digital Product Owner for a year.

Phil Swarbrick attended Churchdown Comprehensive from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued and received their 7 A-C GCSE degree in the field of study of GCSE.
