Maria Ricci

Maria Ricci has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University, where they were the principal investigator of five different research projects. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Data Scientist at ARTIDIS, where they were responsible for data analysis, both analytical and basic machine learning, as well as software programming with Java, R, and Weka. Since 2020, they have been a Development Engineer at Spindiag GmbH. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Research Scientist at FreshIndex by tsenso.

Maria Ricci obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2008, followed by a Master's degree in Physics from the same institution in 2010. Maria then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) which they completed in 2015.
