Oleta Melnicoe

Oleta Melnicoe began their career in 1985 as the Supervisor of Registration for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. In 1995, they moved to Technology Sciences Group Inc. where they held the positions of Vice President, Director of the Western Region, and Assistant Director of the State Affairs Division.

Oleta Melnicoe has attended California State University-Sacramento.
