Mercedes Crider

Mercedes Crider is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and electronic data interchange. Currently serving as the Manager of Shared Services at Health Prime since June 2022, Mercedes focuses on stabilizing Payer Portal Management for existing and new clients and enhancing access request practices through a ticketing system. Prior to this role, Mercedes held various positions at TSI Healthcare from February 2014, including EDI Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing EDI implementations, overseeing client setups, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Mercedes began their career as a Helpdesk Administrator, providing customer support and maintaining client relations, and also served as a Store Manager at Caribou Coffee. Mercedes holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
