TSI Holdings Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the management and operation of its two subsidiary groups: TOKYO STYLE and SANEI-INTERNATIONAL. The Group has three business segments. The Fashion Apparel and Sundries segment is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fashion apparel and sundries focusing on women's apparel. The Synthetic Resin segment manufactures and sells synthetic resins. The Others segment is engaged in the transportation, and real estate related business. The Company distributes its products under a range of brands, including REBECCA MINKOFF, SERENE Dept., cocofuku, LTOOL faith, Lovedrose & Co., 22 OCTOBRE, Aylesbury, Style com, BRIGITTEE, nanette lepore, STYLE ME, SCENE DEUX, STYLE, LEPORTE and haute hippie. As of February 28, 2013, it had 42 subsidiaries. On September 1, 2014, the Company merged with three subsidiaries.
