Aleksey Rybintsev

Aleksey Rybintsev has extensive work experience as a Chief Officer DPO and 2nd Officer DPO. Aleksey started their career at AMIGE in 2008 and then joined TSM in 2014. During their time at TSM, they held the role of Chief Officer DPO. At AMIGE, they also served as a Chief Officer.

From 2002 to 2008, Aleksey Rybintsev attended Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping, although the degree and field of study are not mentioned. In February 2012, they obtained a certification in Full DP from the Nautical Institute.
