Mijung Kim

Mijung Kim is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director and Head of the Korea Desk at TSMP Law Corporation since February 2022. Previously, Mijung held the position of Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, a top-tier law firm in Korea, where extensive experience was gained across various industries, including telecommunications and broadcast. Mijung also worked as an International Visiting Lawyer at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and as an Associate Lawyer in the Antitrust Department at Barun Law LLC, representing clients in significant competition law cases. Mijung's legal training commenced as a legal apprentice at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. Mijung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Korea University, an Expert Law Research Certificate in competition law from Seoul National University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in EU Competition law from Brussels School of Competition, complemented by an exchange program in International Law at the University of Washington.
