Carmen Cavalcanti

Carmen Cavalcanti is the People Head for Tsoft across Perú, México, and Colombia since October 2018, overseeing talent management strategies and leading the HRBP team with direct reporting to the Global People Management. Previous experience includes serving as the Human Management Coordinator at Consorcio de Transporte BE, where responsibilities involved strategic planning and implementation of HR policies, and as an HR Business Partner at GrandVision BV, focused on training and development initiatives. Carmen began a career in human resources as an HR Consultant at Selección Estratégica, specializing in personnel selection and evaluation. Academic qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega and specialized training in Agile Talent Management and Human Factor Management.
