Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has held the role of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, along with a role as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
