Phelan Welch

Phelan Welch has a diverse range of work experience in the senior living industry. They most recently worked at TSOLife as a Content Design Manager starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Entertainment and Programming at Silver Glen Senior Living from July 2021 to February 2023.
