Ron Mielke

Ron Mielke has over 55 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and planning, serving as a Principal and Senior Project Manager at TSP, Inc. since 1969. With a background in mechanical engineering, Ron has advanced through various roles, including mechanical department head and business development manager. In addition, Ron founded TSP Real Estate LLC, developing commercial real estate between 1992 and 2005. Ron's military service includes a notable tenure in the South Dakota Air National Guard from 1995 to 2002, following seven years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
