Marlon Francis

Marlon Francis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in critical environment management and facility operations. Currently serving as a Critical Environment Supervisor for Total Site Solutions, Marlon oversees more than 20 Modular Datacenters and provides nationwide support for commissioning and maintenance. Marlon's previous roles include Chief Critical Environmental Technician at DataSite and various supervisory positions in the US Navy, where significant leadership and technical expertise were demonstrated. With a strong educational foundation that includes a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Marlon continues to pursue knowledge in computer science and innovation through programs at Harvard and MIT xPRO. Additionally, Marlon is actively involved in community engagement as the Atlanta Operations Manager for World Sports Alumni, focusing on athlete branding and public awareness.
