Jennifer Rankin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Florida, where they taught a Public Relations Campaigns course and led a practical project for a local nonprofit organization. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the Director of Special Events at Florida Sports Awards, overseeing event management, volunteer coordination, client and vendor relationships, and fundraising. In 2004, Jennifer joined American Forests as the Director of Community Outreach, where they held this position until 2012. Following their time at American Forests, they joined eGlobalTech as a Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they provided leadership in communications and marketing, project support, client relationship management, and community outreach. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of Customer Services at Total Systems Technologies Corporation, a position they have held since 2014.

Jennifer Rankin, PMP, CISA, CDPSE, CICA, CSM, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation with a focus on Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Florida between 1997 and 1999.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has also acquired several additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

In 2020, Jennifer obtained multiple certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and the Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA), both from ISACA. Jennifer also obtained the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA. Additionally, in the same year, they acquired the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
