Marleen van Dijk

Marleen van Dijk has extensive experience in HR management and leadership roles. Marleen is currently the HR Director for Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd, overseeing European plants and serving as Head of HR for plants in the Netherlands. Previously, they worked as a Division HR Manager at NN Netherlands B.V., where they were responsible for HR operations, team development, and change management. Marleen has also held HR positions at Office Depot, ASML, NXP Semiconductors, Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health, and Akzo Nobel Chemicals. Marleen'sexpertise includes HR business partnering, management, and learning and development.

Marleen van Dijk earned their Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Groningen, completing their studies from 1979 to 1986. Marleen later pursued further education in Learning & Development at Kessels & Smit and also completed a Master's program in Management/HR at de Baak.
