Aleksandr Travkin

Aleksandr Travkin is a seasoned Senior Engineer with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently employed at TSUM Kyiv Department Store since October 2016, Aleksandr is involved in the technical launch of projects and the development of technical support service regulations. Previously, from August 2008 to October 2016, Aleksandr held the position of Senior Engineer at Sportmaster UA, where responsibilities included organizing the opening of new company locations and administering Kaspersky Security Center v10. Earlier in the career, Aleksandr worked as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on the assembly, configuration, and maintenance of Panasonic mini-PBX systems, as well as managing computer support for the company's Kyiv office and providing remote assistance in other regions. Aleksandr graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in 2008 with a degree in Automated Control of Technological Processes.
